We all suffer from an anxiety disorder.


Yes, I know Sigmund Freud was a psychiatrist...but he suffered panic attacks all the time...

So tired...

Oh my gosh, I am so tired. Some of my girlfriends came over last night and we played with arts and craft. My husband's friend J also came over. We partied up till 4.30am...Well J and I did. My husband fell asleep at one point so J and I took full advantage of the situation and ...let's just say I have some very funny pictures of my husband.

This morning my husband wakes me up playing the piano...I could have killed him. I feel like I have had no sleep...
Went to bed about 5.30am...haven't don't something that outrageous since before I was married.
Who said married people are the first to leave the party? and have no fun.


Last night was the biggest full moon in 20 years, it was so bright outside at night. Looked amazing.

I guess I have so many things that I want to say but I don't have the words...

Cupcakes!

Today I made cupcakes om nom nom...

LEMON DIVA CUPCAKES

make:12

prep time: 30 minutes

cooking time: 20 minutes

100grams unsalted butter, softened

3/4c (165g) caster sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

finely grated zest of 3 lemons

2 Eggs

1 1/3 (200g) S.R Flour

1/2c (125ml) Milk

Icing

125g unsalted butter, softened

2cups (300g) icing sugar mixture

1 1/2 tbs lemon juice

yellow food colouring (optional)

• Preheat Oven to 180c (160 Fan forced), line a 12 hole muffin/cupcake pan (1/3 cup capacity) with paper cases
• Using electric beaters/mixer, Beat Sugar, Butter & Vanilla until light & creamy. mix through lemon zest.
• Add the eggs beating well after each egg
• Gently fold through Flour and milk in two alternate batches & Dividebetween paper cases.
• Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and springy when touched. remove form oven & transfer to wire rack to cool completly before icing.
• To make icing, beat Butter with beaters/mixer until light & creamy
• add icing sugar a little at a time, beating constantly
• add half the lemon juice and beat until well combined
• add remaining juice a little at a time, tint with food colouring if you like.

Coughing at a 21st with sapphire and diamonds.

Well, my chest infection is hanging around longer than I would like. You can't catch it from me anymore but I have an awful, hacking cough that wont go away. My mum got better after 3.5 weeks. I'm into my second week already, have been on two different types of antibiotics argh. It is very frustrating.

It's my cousins (well my husband's cousins) 21st birthday party on Saturday. I have no idea what I should wear. This stupid medication I have to be on has made me gain some of weight I am very aware of how I look infront of people. I wish I could still fit into my gorgeous, deep plum, floaty, silk Forever New dress.

I had my one year wedding anniversary on the 6th. My husband got me a sapphire and diamond, art deco looking eternity ring band. It is gorgeous. My birth stone is sapphire. It's from Michael Hill, where my engagement ring is from. I love that store.
