The Royal Wedding

I'm really excited for it. Alot of my friends aren't :(. Maybe me being very distantly related to the royal family gets me this way?

Kate is doing her own makeup, can't wait to see that. She always does her makeup so I'm sure she will look great.

I wonder if she will wear one of the royal tiaras? Maybe the The Strathmore Rose Tiara or the Cambridge Lovers Knot Tiara that the Queen gave Princess Diana as a wedding gift...or maybe the King George III Fringe Tiara. Maybe she wont wear a tiara and just go with a veil

I keep trying to imagine what her gown will be like. I'm thinking she probably wont go strapless but maybe lace sleeves (not full length). I'm thinking ivory not white.  I'm sure it is fantastic dress. I doubt we will be seeing a boofy Cinderella tulle dress. Something more classic, most likely by a British designer (I'm thinking Sophie Cranston).

Her dress will go down as one of the most iconic wedding dresses of this era.

Justice

I don't know how I feel. I spent today at the Melbourne County Court.

I feel that the sentence the judge passed today was good. I would have been pissed off if the sentence was lighter.

Is justice served?? It doesn't really feel like it.

In better news, my friends mum is teaching me and the girls how to mosaic tomorrow. Yay.

ASOS is stealing my money!!

Damn you ASOS sale... I just purchased this A|Wear dress, it's cute. Was about $25 so why not, marked down from $100 too. I deserve it after the crap week I have had.

I'll probably wear this with tights as the weather is really cooling down here in Melbourne. I love the colour of it. It has elastic around the top for the off-the-shoulder look. Not sure if I go the right size. I hate UK sizing...hope I didn't order too big!! Either way it is so cute.

The case of the exploding cupcake...

Well earlier this week I was pretty depressed. Tilly and I watched old re-runs of All Saints instead of doing things we really should have been doing.

The same day we were cheered up and the lovely Mez from http://domesticdivinity.blogspot.com/ had sent me a package. I won a comp on her page and I won some beautiful nailpolishes. Yay!! At first I had no idea who it was from. I got a padded bad and inside that was an adorable light blue wrapped parcel with dark from ribbon. She is so sweet, she even sent a thankyou card :) The mini bottle is OPI, it's a really cute colour.

I had Writer's Group on Friday, two of my friends can't have gluten so I made my first batch ever of gluten free cupcakes. It's had making gluten free, I found the cupcakes a little less moist that usual but my friends enjoyed them. One of the cupcakes exploded in the oven!!

People who know me will know I have a massive obsession with Marilyn Monroe. A friend of facebook put up this link to buy this gorgeous Marilyn chest of draws. I am obsessed. I want it.

I love flowers

There is nothing better in this world than answering the door and a company has some flowers for you. My school friend Liz just had her 26th birthday. Last year I got her pink flowers, this year I chose yellow/light orange (and a helium balloon for effect haha). Liz and I both love flowers.
My husband doesn't buy me flowers. He has a couple of time. The last time was a few years ago when I had my appendix out he got me some beautiful orange roses.

Next birthday on the list is my dear friend Ezz, I already have her present.

It's getting a tad chilly...

Today I placed an ASOS order as they had a few things on sale. I need some warmer clothes, it's getting chilly. This is what I got...

I got this top, I'm not sure of the turtle neck part of it but it has the peek-a-boo part so maybe that will even it out. We will find out..

I also got this military jumper. It came in this dark green colour or navy blue. I got the green.

Total cost came to about $44 which includes the free shipping to Australia.

I'm not sure how I feel today. I have so many stresses right now. I've been having nightmares again too.

I feel like my head may explode.

Meanwhile on Friday I did 4 bridesmaids makeup, one of the girls is my best friends. She looked gorgeous in her purple dress. The bride wore red and looked stunning. I got through it ok due to my friend and xanax. I was stressing about it heaps before it...damn you anxiety disorder.

I feel the need to dye my hair black...what is wrong with me?
